Gift Cards and Coupons

Gift Cards

Servizio may offer gift cards for purchase or as promotional issuances, redeemable for services booked through the Platform. Gift cards have no cash value except where required by applicable law, are non-transferable except as permitted within the Platform, and cannot be redeemed for cash or exchanged for another gift card. Unless otherwise stated at the time of issuance, gift cards do not expire; where an expiry date is disclosed, it will be shown at the time of purchase or issuance.

Redemption of Gift Cards

Gift card balances may be applied toward the cost of an accepted Estimate at checkout. If the balance of a gift card exceeds the amount due for a Job, the remaining balance stays credited to your account for future use. If the amount due exceeds the gift card balance, you must pay the difference through another accepted payment method. Gift card balances are not refundable to your original payment method, except where required by applicable law.

Coupons and Promotional Codes

Servizio may issue coupons or promotional codes offering a discount, credit, or other benefit on eligible Jobs. Coupons may be subject to additional conditions disclosed at the time of issuance, including minimum spend, eligible service categories, geographic availability, an expiry date, a limit of one use per customer or account, and restrictions on combining a coupon with other offers. Servizio reserves the right to determine eligibility for any coupon and to refuse or reverse its application where the conditions are not met.

Cancellations and Refunds Involving Gift Cards or Coupons

Where a Job paid for in part or in full using a gift card or coupon is cancelled in accordance with the Cancellations terms, any portion paid by gift card will be restored to your gift card balance, and any portion paid by another payment method will be refunded accordingly. A coupon applied to a cancelled Job may, at Servizio's discretion, be reinstated for future use or treated as forfeited, depending on the terms disclosed at the time the coupon was issued.

Fraud and Misuse

Servizio may void any gift card or coupon, and reverse any associated credit or discount, where it reasonably believes the gift card or coupon was obtained, transferred, or used fraudulently, in error, or in violation of the Terms of Service or the terms disclosed at issuance. Servizio reserves the right to modify or discontinue any gift card or coupon program at any time, without affecting the validity of gift card balances already issued.
