How pay, payouts, and your earnings dashboard work on Servizio PRO

How You Earn
You earn on Servizio PRO by completing Jobs that customers have accepted your Estimate for. You set your own price when you submit an Estimate — Servizio does not set your rates. Once a Job is marked Completed, the agreed amount (less the applicable Servizio service fee) is credited toward your next payout.
The Job-to-Earnings Flow
- Investigate the Service Request and submit an Estimate with your price
- Customer accepts your Estimate — this locks in the agreed amount
- You complete the work and mark the Job Completed
- Payment is released from the customer's authorized payment method
- Your earnings, less the Servizio service fee, are credited to your in-app balance
- Your balance is paid out to your bank account or UPI ID on your payout schedule
Servizio Service Fee
Servizio deducts a service fee from each completed Job to cover platform costs, payment processing, and customer support. The fee is calculated as a percentage of the Job's agreed amount and is shown to you before you submit each Estimate, so you always know your take-home amount in advance.

Payout Schedule
Completed Job earnings are added to your in-app balance immediately. Payouts to your bank account or UPI ID follow the schedule below.

Your Earnings Dashboard
The Earnings tab in the Servizio PRO app gives you a real-time view of your income.
- Today, this week, and this month totals
- Per-Job breakdown showing the agreed amount, service fee, and net earnings
- Pending balance awaiting payout vs. amount already paid out
- Payout history with dates and reference numbers
- Downloadable statements for your records
Taxes and Invoicing
As an independent service professional, you are responsible for your own tax obligations, including any applicable GST registration and filings based on your turnover. Servizio does not withhold income tax on your behalf. Where GST applies to your services, ensure your GSTIN is added to your profile so it reflects correctly on customer invoices.
Adjustments, Refunds, and Disputes
What happens if a customer cancels?
If a customer cancels before you begin work, no earnings are generated for that Job. If a cancellation fee applies under the customer cancellation policy, a portion may be credited to you depending on the stage the Job had reached — this is reflected automatically in your Earnings dashboard.
What if a customer disputes a charge?
If a customer raises a billing dispute, the disputed amount may be placed on hold in your balance pending review. You'll be notified and may be asked to provide details about the Job. Resolved disputes are reflected in your next payout.
I think my payout is missing or incorrect.
Check the Payout History in your Earnings dashboard first — most delays resolve within the standard payout window. If the amount still looks incorrect, contact support with the Job ID or payout reference.
