1. Registration & Verification

How do I register as a Pro?

Download the Servizio PRO app and tap Register as a Pro. You'll complete your profile, select service categories, set your service area, and upload verification documents. See the Register as a Pro guide for the full walkthrough.

Why was my registration document rejected?

Common reasons are a blurry image, an expired document, or details that don't match your profile. Check the reason shown in the app and re-upload a corrected document from the Registration Status screen — you don't need to restart the whole process.

How long does verification take?

[Insert typical verification turnaround time]. You can check your status anytime from Registration Status in the app.

Can I add more service categories later?

Yes, from Profile → Service Categories. Categories that require a specific certificate or licence may need separate verification before they go live.

I started registration but didn't finish. Will I lose my progress?

No. Registration is resumable — reopen the app and continue from the exact step where you left off.

2. Service Requests & Estimates

How do I receive Service Requests?

Once verified, you'll be notified of Service Requests from customers within 10 km of your set service area, matching your selected categories.

How do I submit an Estimate?

Open the Service Request, investigate the job where needed, and submit an Estimate with your proposed cost and scope. You set your own price — Servizio does not set rates for you.

Can I decline a Service Request?

Yes, you're not obligated to respond to every request. Declining does not affect your account standing unless it becomes a repeated pattern that affects your response rate.

The customer hasn't responded to my Estimate. What now?

Estimates typically remain open for the customer to accept or decline within the timeframe shown in the app. If it lapses without a response, the request is closed and you're free to take on other jobs.

Can I withdraw an Estimate before the customer accepts it?

Yes, you can withdraw an Estimate that hasn't yet been accepted from the job detail screen.

3. Jobs In Progress

The job scope changed once I started working. What do I do?

Submit a revised Estimate for the customer's approval before doing any additional work. You cannot charge for work beyond the originally accepted Estimate without the customer's explicit approval.

How do I mark a job as complete?

Once work is finished, open the job and tap Mark Completed. This triggers payment release and prompts the customer for a rating.

How do I contact my customer?

Use in-app chat or call from the job detail screen. Keeping communication within the app protects both you and the customer.

The customer isn't providing access to the location. What should I do?

Contact the customer through the app first. If access issues continue and prevent you from starting or completing the job, contact support for guidance — this may affect cancellation terms in your favour.

4. Payments & Earnings

When do I get paid for a completed job?

Earnings are credited to your in-app balance as soon as a job is marked Completed and payment is released by the customer. Payouts to your bank account or UPI ID follow your payout schedule — see the Earnings guide for details.

What is the Servizio service fee?

Servizio deducts a service fee, shown before you submit each Estimate, from the agreed job amount. This covers platform costs, payment processing, and support.

My payout is missing or looks incorrect.

Check Payout History in your Earnings dashboard first — most delays resolve within the standard payout window. If it still looks wrong, contact support with the Job ID or payout reference.

A customer disputed a charge on a job I completed. What happens?

The disputed amount may be placed on hold pending review. You'll be notified and may be asked to provide details about the job. Resolved disputes are reflected in your next payout.

Do I need to handle my own taxes?

Yes. As an independent professional, you're responsible for your own tax obligations, including GST registration and filings where applicable. Add your GSTIN to your profile if it applies to your services.

5. Cancellations & No-Shows

What happens to my earnings if a customer cancels?

If a customer cancels before you begin work, no earnings are generated for that job. If a cancellation fee applies based on the stage the job had reached, a portion may be credited to you — this reflects automatically in your Earnings dashboard.

Can I cancel a job after accepting it?

Cancelling an accepted job should be a last resort, as it affects your reliability rating. If you must cancel, do so as early as possible through the job detail screen and provide a reason.

What if I can't make it to a scheduled job on time?

Notify the customer through the app as soon as possible. Repeated late arrivals or no-shows may affect your visibility on the platform and could result in account review.

6. Ratings & Reviews

How are my ratings calculated?

Your rating reflects the average of customer reviews left after completed jobs. A higher rating improves your visibility for nearby Service Requests.

A customer left a review I believe is unfair. Can I dispute it?

Contact support with the Job ID and details. Reviews that violate content guidelines — for example, reviews unrelated to the actual job — may be investigated and removed.

Does declining requests affect my rating?

Declining a request itself doesn't affect your rating, but your response rate is visible on your profile and can influence how often customers see your Estimates.

7. Account & Profile

How do I update my service area?

Go to Profile → Service Area to change your base location. This determines which nearby Service Requests you're matched with.

How do I update my payout details?

Go to Profile → Payout Details to update your bank account or UPI ID.

How do I temporarily pause receiving requests?

Use the availability toggle on your home screen to go offline. You won't receive new Service Requests while offline, and can switch back on anytime.

How do I close my account?

Go to Profile → Account Settings → Close Account. Any pending payouts will be processed before closure completes.

8. App Issues & Troubleshooting

I'm not receiving Service Request notifications.

Check that notifications are enabled for Servizio PRO in your phone settings, that you're marked Available on the home screen, and that your service categories and area are correctly set.

The app is running slowly or crashing.

Try closing and reopening the app, then check for an available update in your app store. If the issue continues, contact support with your device model and app version.

My documents show as pending even though I uploaded them.

Verification can take some time to process — check Registration Status for updates. If it's been longer than the typical turnaround, contact support.

9. Safety & Trust

What if I feel unsafe at a job location?

Leave the location if you feel unsafe and contact support immediately through Help → Contact Us → Safety Concern. Serious concerns are escalated and reviewed promptly.

How does Servizio verify customers?

Customer accounts are linked to verified contact details, and job locations and payment are handled through the app to help ensure transparency and safety for both parties.

Is my personal data safe?

Yes. Servizio handles professional data in line with the Servizio PRO Data Policy and applicable data protection law.

10. Contact Us

How do I reach support?

Go to Help → Contact Us and choose a topic: Registration Issue, Payment Issue, Job Issue, Safety Concern, or General Question. You can also chat with support directly from the app, or call our helpline at +91 8784367893.

What are support hours?

[Insert support hours]

How long until I get a response?

[Insert expected response time]

I have a complaint that wasn't resolved by support — what's next?

If a dispute can't be resolved directly, it may be addressed through arbitration as set out in the Servizio PRO Service Agreement.
